No data stored
We generate your schedules and rotations, but we never save kids' names, parent emails, or team rosters on our servers. Your submitted information is processed in memory to fulfill your request.
No third-party AI by default
Your team's information is never sent to a third-party artificial intelligence tool by default. Smart-Paste uses a deterministic local parser unless the service operator explicitly configures a local Ollama model.
Saved on your device
Schedules and team setups are created for you to save locally on your phone or computer, not in a Squadified cloud database. The intake form also saves its current values in your browser's local storage so they can be restored on that device. Do not enter information that you do not have permission to use.
Affiliate links
We recommend sports gear using affiliate links to help keep the app free. If you buy through a link, we may earn a small commission. Squadified does not send your roster, names, or parent emails to those stores.
Anonymous analytics
We use basic, optional anonymous usage measurements, such as whether a page or feature loaded correctly, to keep the site running smoothly. We do not track personal details, roster contents, or names. You can change this choice below.
Hosting logs
The app runs on Azure Container Apps. Azure Log Analytics retains application logs for up to 30 days. The app does not write submitted request bodies to product telemetry.
