Use of the Service
The Service is for adult coaches, league administrators, and authorized team personnel. You must have permission to submit information about other people.
Squadified converts season information into schedules, rotations, calendars, snack schedules, and draft communications. It is an administrative aid, not legal, medical, emergency, or coaching advice. Review every output before relying on it or distributing it.
Acceptable Use
You may not submit information without authorization; harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse anyone; send spam or deceptive messages; scrape the Service; bypass security; upload malicious code; reverse engineer it except where law allows; misrepresent generated output as official rules or professional advice; or use the Service for unlawful activity.
Privacy and Ownership
The Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is handled. You remain responsible for submitted information and grant Squadified only the rights needed to process your request.
Squadified owns or licenses the Service, including its software, interface, designs, text, logos, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use it for lawful team administration.
Availability and Third Parties
The Service currently requires no payment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it. Future paid features will have terms presented before purchase.
The Service may link to third-party resources, merchants, affiliate programs, or other services. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and Squadified is not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
SQUADIFIED DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OUTPUT, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED GAMES, SCHEDULING ERRORS, COMMUNICATION ERRORS, OR RELIANCE ON UNREVIEWED OUTPUT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUADIFIED LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SQUADIFIED'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO SQUADIFIED IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS OR $100.
General
You agree to reimburse Squadified for claims and reasonable costs caused by your breach, unlawful use, or unauthorized submission of information, to the extent allowed by law. We may suspend access for violations or security concerns.
Nebraska law governs these Terms. Disputes must be brought in a court serving Sarpy County, Nebraska, subject to non-waivable law. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
